Today we held a workshop at the Konradhof in Winterthur. We were testing our prototype with extreme users – therefore we chose candidates 80+. Our goal was to find out if they understand the navigation and icons. Furthermore we were testing fontsize and contrast. Our findings deserve an own blogpost.

First we introduced ourselves and Kompott and revealed our research process.

Then half of our candidates were working with Kompott whereas the other half was filling out a form, helping us to understand how they conceive the basic icons we use.
